2004 Ram in need of some repair

I just bought a 2004 Quad Cab Atlantic Blue Ram 1500 SLT. I traded a beautiful 2012 Ram 1500 Laramie Crew Cab for a new Journey to travel with a couple of weeks ago. On the 2004, since it's a 2wd, I'm installing two Trailrunner tires on back (not cheap). The right headlight is full of moisture and the rear bumper has a large dent. I'm thinking about replacing the rear bumper with a chrome one instead of the blue and buying it and a new headlight on eBay. There are other issues, but I'm starting with those. Does anybody have any input on buying these on eBay? Ironically, my name here came from a new 2004 Ram I owned 13 years ago.

Headlights wise I would look on Amazon. I got a pair for around $100. They are great quality and work for what I need.

I bought a front bumper off eBay, it was primed, not chrome though. It was still good quality and it fit right on without any issues
