Its not leveled hard to see from that angle i know. I plan to either level or lift it soon havent decided

The truck looks real good.

If your planning on going with bigger tires than a lift would be the way to go, and if you are planning on keeping the tires you have on there than a leveling kit would be cheaper and do the job of making the truck sit a little taller.
