2007 Hemi Issues

I recently bought a 2007 1500 mega cab. I picked the truck up and there was no engine lights. I put a new battery in the truck and the next day I got a engine light on start up. P0113-cleared the code and it came back temp reading was -81 and between 24-47v. After clearing it again it went away but the readings did not change. I switched sensor for a known good one still having issue. The light only comes on at first start up of the day and not everyday. I did some digging checked connectors and tried jumping all have no effect. While going through the scanner I noticed AAT reads -41 CTS reads -27 and IAT reads -81. I'm guessing I have a bad ground or PCM. Any one have this issue before

Beings that appears to be random I'd start checking the grounds first.

I'll try and find a diagram hopefully this helps. The fuel mileage has dropped since I've been driving it like a grandpa from 14.5 to 11.5
