2003 Dodge Ram Electrical Issues

5.7 L Hemi Vin,
Problem: vehicle would start run perfect, and just like you turned the ignition switch off engine dies, may or may not crank, or crank and die, or crank and run a for 5 minutes and die, the fuse box, a replacement ECU was Vin programmed, the FCM was Vin programmed, and the TCM was also replaced! and now the vehicle is throwing Code P0633, a SKIM Code issue "this code is new, never showed up in the past, shop is scratching their heads, so I got to search for answers!! Any Ideas, truck has been in shop since 11/10/25 Please and Thank You!!

Has the fuel pressure been monitored when it will crank?

Fuel pump getting hot and cutting off or fuel pump relay getting hot and not contacting correctly
