2009 1500 Cigarette Lighter To USB Port Swap

I have a 2009 1500 SLT with the two cigarette lighters in the front center console. I want to swap one of them out to a USB port so I will not need an adapter anymore. Has anyone done this before? How did you do it and where did you get the parts? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I would assume you can just remove the 12v outlet and replace it with one of these.
