Just got a 2010 and the steering wheel is on the nastier side. Its got the factory steering wheel controls on the front the eic and back for the radio was wondering if I could swap it for a 2013+ one and get both a new wheel as well as the newer style. controls and ditch the cruise control lever.

You can get a new wheel, doubtful you'll be able to ditch the cruise control lever unless you go deeper, probably at least a clock spring, maybe more. You need a wiring diagram at minimum

I don't believe they are compatible. Electronic configuration changed in 2013. You'll likely need a 2009-2012 wheel.
