2010 ram 1500 radio blank screen

I did a bunch of searching but since it’s such an old truck any relevant posts might be buried in the past.

my screen went blank. No radio, back up camera phone, etc. the screen has a little backlight to it but nothing comes up. Dashboard will read radio off. I checked for fuses but not sure if there is anything else to try or just chalk it up to old stereo that lasted 11 years and died.

Looks like an internal issue to the unit. If the radio still plays, then the screen has gone out. Easier to just replace the whole thin than try to get it repaired. There are a few places that will repair it online, but you'll have to take it out and send it off.

Thank you. Radio doesn’t play and backup camera doesn’t come on so guessing it’s completely shot.

Have you removed the tailgate lately
Or have you done any work around the rear axle ?

There are a bunch on ebay, but check CL locally. I've seen two close by in the 2009-2012 model range with that system in it.
