2012 1500 facelift?

So I really want to update the front end of my 2012 Big Horn with chrome bumper and grill. I found a silver painted cover for reasonable price... but it’s 2013+... so I would definitely need a new grille. What else do I need to complete the swap?

If your referring to the one piece sport bumper, make sure it has all the mounting brackets as they're different from the chrome counterparts. I know there is a thread about the swap/upgrade from two piece chrome to one piece painted on this forum somewhere

Also don't forget about the fog lights.

I'm thinking about doing something similar.
The aftermarket steel winch bumper is super difficult to find for '12. Everything is '13 - 18

This is why when I wanted to give mine a make over I just had the chrome bumpers blasted and painted. It was almost impossible to find bumpers for the 09-12.
