2012 5.7 engine not turning over when key turned on

battery has been checked both hooked up to vehicle and disconnected from vehicle both test ok. intermittent problem, when key is turn to start nothing happens turn key off and turn to start again engine starts. Help !

my ignition switch is doing the same on my 2012 for a while now.

they are so expensive im waiting for it to totally fail...lol..
