2012 Ram 1500 Grill Swap for 2013 Grill

Is it possible to grill swap a 2012 ram 1500 grill for a 2013 ram 1500 grill? I want to buy one of the off road rebel-style grills on ebay, and upgrade my bumper to a 2013 heavy duty front bumper. Is this possible as long as I swap both grill and bumper?

The 2013+ grill and bumper are shaped different than the. 2009-12 trucks and HD trucks. The 2013+ truck grills have angled lower corners
People have swapped both the grill and bumper between the '09-'12 and '13-'18 trucks.
