2013+ light bar install

Hey just wondering if any one has installed a light bar inside the bumper at least flush, and what they used for mounting or any ideas

I have a 20" to put in and I have seen the mounts that sit the light bar out infront, but would like mine inside

Ive got mine down there recessed, real easy to do on sports snd express models, cut filler panel to fit light, behind the bumper the support brackets line up perfectly with mounts on 20" bars

If you search theres a couple posts where i have better pics but this is the only one i have on my phone

didn't you need to raise and red rill new holes for your license plate bracket? otherwise it blocks the middle section of the top row of leds. at least thats how i measured it. i wouldn't even mind it if it was mounted a little farther out and we could get a full 40" bar comfortably installed. i just need someone to make brackets...any takers?

Patton fab makes a plate/bracket for between the tow hooks of 2500/3500
I believe CJC makes 20" bar brackets for 2500/3500 too
I told my buddy if I would do it again I'd get a 20" instead of a 30" that doesn't quite fit between the tow hooks

I put a 25" single row in mine.. Made some brackets using an old tv mount, not to much back there to hold onto. I'll crawl underneath and take a pic when I get a chance, and by that I mean when I'm not feeling lazy..

So my truck's a '14 Express, and I can see on my window sticker that the tow hooks got deleted, meaning that the mounting holes are probably there in the frame, but not the hooks.

I'd love to add a 30-40" light bar under there but don't know what people are using for mounting. I like the idea of reusing the factory tow hook mounts but don't know whether that 2500 mount would be anywhere close on a 1500?

They are high powered LED off road lights, makes it look like the sun is out
