2012 Ram 2500 Adding Light Bar/Fog Lights

I drove my fathers 2012 ram 2500 last night in the rain and realized the headlights SUCK!I couldnt see a dam thing lol he already upgraded the bulbs altho non led and the housings are clear. This truck didnt come with fog lights from the factory I was thinking of adding 2 aftermarket lights where the tow hooks where or possibly a light bar in the middle? I was wondering what kits people have used that fit these trucks. I am also open to suggestions for the head lights them self the ones in my 2014 arent that great either but his are terrible.

On the front I have integrated more lights into my custom bumper. On the rear though I'll be getting some of the flush fit rough country lights that I'll cut holes into the factory bumper. Perhaps you could do the same on front.

I've seen people bolt lights to the top of the bumper that sit in front of the grill, I'm sure it works but I don't like the look as much.
