2013 Ram 1500 express keyless entry

I have a question about the keyless entry on my new truck. I ended up getting the alarm turned on at the dealer but noticed something funny. The darn driver side door lock works with the alarm but the passenger side does not. Is this standard?

If so, RAM got cheap or they are making you go to the dealer to install the other moduel for the passenger door to make more money off of you.

it should work on all the doors or else what the purpose?

Yea thats what I was thinking but wanted to ask on here first before I take it back to the dealer and start asking questions.
