programming a keyless entry remote on a 2013 1500 limited

How can i program a keyless entry remote with remote start? What tools can be used or do i need the dealer or locksmith to do it. I have one that works intermittently. Bought two to program. I can always start the vehicle by pushing the start/stop button with the old remote. Thanks in advance.

You can program remotes with AlfaOBD, it will even pull the RF PIN # also(needed to program remotes).
In AlfaOBD the remotes you have are referred to as: Highline System
