My 7" display screen in the instrument cluster has been intermittingly flickering when on high brightness. Sometimes it is a constant flicker and other times it's not as bad. If I turn the dimmer down it stops, which is fine at night but during the day you have to turn the headlights on to do so and then the Uconnect screen is hard to see. I have taken it to the dealer and they did a reflash and it stopped for a day and then started again. I have had the battery and alternator tested and both came back good. I have double checked the fuses and even replaced the ones for the instrument cluster. Anyone have this issue before and know how to fix it??

I had the same issue on my 2013 1500 Laramie Longhorn. The dealer had to replace the display. When they did the swap, the engine hours on the old display were not transferred to the new display. It started over at 0, which I think the dealer messed up and didn't transfer the info.
Does anyone know if the hours for the engine should have been transferred and how it is done?

It took 6 weeks to get it as it was back ordered. This must be a common issue.

I also had issues with the horn not working and the exterior lighting started to fail. It started with a tail light on one day and each day after more lights would fail to work. they replaced the body controller and the main fuse box out in the engine compartment.
