2013 RAM 2500 tire size on stock wheels

I know this question has been beat BUT, will a 305 70 17 or 295 70 17 on stock 8in wheels fit without rubbing? All of the answers I find are usually for for 2014 or newer which I understand RAM went from control arms to a radius arm set up and this appears to make a difference. Your help is appreciated.

I ran 35x12.5r17 toyo at on a 3rd gen(similar suspension) and rubbed a little on the control arm and kissed the liner on sharp turns. It was fine for me but maybe not for some.

295 70 R17 or 285 75 R17 would be my choice considering they are about 1" narrower than 35 x 12.5 width tires which can rub on the fender liner

Thanks, I running 285 70 17 now without any problems. I am happy with the height just want the tire to come out even with the factory flare
