Good afternoon everyone,

I have seemingly ran into an issue on one of my truck that I had decided to seek further advice on. I have a 2013 Ram 4500 Cab & Chassis, My front tie rod ends our starting to see a lot of wear and its time to replace. I went to look for the MOOG parts to replace all steering component pieces and cant find what I'm looking for other than in just a few misc. pieces. I had seen that 2009-2012 and 2013-2018 are different, when looking at the 12 C&C 5500 I have I seen there is a huge difference. Now my question if anyone could help me with this, Would I be able to get the same setup that is on the 12 5500 to put it onto the 13 4500 and why does online say the steering linkage from a 13 3500 isn't the same as the 13 4500. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also, If anyone would be as so kind to direct me to the right parts for MOOG replacements for this truck that would also be very appreciated.

Thanks,

As stated, 4500 and 5500 are completely different animals. They are not a box-delete pickup at all. My experience with Moog is less than stellar. If I were you I'd get OEM parts.

Definitely different beasts. I just don't understand why they put complete different steering pieces on a cab & chassis truck only a year apart. I can under stand helping the steering out and reducing a death wobble factor. But the OEM pieces are so over priced for the 13 where as the 12 isn't near as bad.
