2013 Ram remote start

Looks like we have an aftermarket option for our trucks now. Has anyone tried this on a 13? I know most guys have had success on older models. Here is the link I found.

Yes that is the same kit I talked to Doug the seller for the dball however this kit isn't plug and play you must wire it into your factory harness.. He said a plug and play kit will be available in October

You can get a kit from Mopar. The install isn't too bad, though you do have to take out the left rear seat. And you have to get the dealer to flash the truck/program the new keys.

Total investment for the Mopar kit is about $250. $200 for the kit and $50 for the programming.

When i bought my truck last month they told me they didnt have it available.

Yes. I installed it the day after I got my truck (in April):

There is one caveat with this install. If you do it yourself, you need to leave the original RFHM connected to your truck. Then take your truck to the dealer, with the backseat still out, so that they can program your new RFHM and keys.

Info i received on DBALL kit from seller.

he DBALL Key2Go Firmware is now available for a 'Hard Wire' Install of the DBALL into your vehicle. Chrysler changed the Ignition Node connection to a new 6-pin harness. a change from the 12-pin harness on the 2012 Dodge RAM Models. Directed is developing a new 6-pin T-Harness for 'Plug-N-Play' install but it is not yet available and probably won't be available until November / December, 2013.

f you do not want to do the 'Hard Wire' Install at this time, and would rather wait until the new 6-pin T-Harness is available, let us know and we can add you to our list and notify you when the new T-Harness becomes available.
