I have a 2014 1500 and I was going to swap my grille and I was wondering if a 2011 1500 grille will fit?

The inserts can be swapped if all you're after is a differant look. If the truck in your avatar is the one you're wanting to swap grills on,it looks like you have the open honeycomb grill already,that's the best grill you can have,as it allows more airflow through to the rad then the Sport/slat grill does.
First pic is the crappy flowing Sport grill,2nd and 3rd pic are after i swapped to the better flowing and better looking honeycomb grill
