2014 Ram 1500 115v outlet & USB Media hub not working

I just bought a 2014 Outdoorsman Ram 1500. All these plugs didn’t work when I got it. It's the cigarette lighter, 115v outlet, and USB media hub. I just changed the 20 amp fuses and got the cigarette lighter in green to work. All the fuses are good and the Media hub cables are connected so I'm not sure.

What should I check next to get the other ones to work?
