2014 RAM 5.7 slight acceleration stumble

My truck has 122,000 miles and has recently started to lose some power and seems to have a stumble/hesitation to it at mild load?.I can't honestly tell if it's enginge performance or transmission? No check engine light on. I replaced the plugs, added dry gas and just serviced the differential. Any ideas?

I'm finding a similar problem with my 2013 5.7 with 103k on it. Completely stock. Set the cruise control at 75 and when I hit a slight incline it stumbles, like ti want to downshift but doesn't. If I stomp on it - it goes! Just ordered a set of plugs - can't hurt - no CEL codes
