Got a 2014 outdoorsman. 3500 kms on it. Got a recall on the rear taillight cluster a few weeks back. I have an appointment made at the local dealer. Earliest they can fix it is on the 15th of January. No big deal, every make and model has its recalls. I wake up this morning, snow and windy outside. Now the traction control doesn't work, and trailer brake failure message in the dash. So I calls up the dealer. They say unless they can fix it the same day as the recall appointment ( Jan. 15 ) it'll be February the 3rd . February the 3rd people ! Before they can get it in too look at it. Because it's 'driveable' there's no rush. Yet it's winter, I have skidoo trips to attend and no trailer brake ( don't need it but that's not the point ) and no traction control on ****** days.. they'll kiss your **** to make a sale off you , but when warranty work comes, it's a month and a half before they can fit you in..
