2016 5500 6.4 Bizarre noise w/ video

This is just one of this trucks many strange noises… it also has a tendency to clatter at shift points and at about 1500 RPM, but I haven’t been able to get a good video of that yet.
A buddy of mine listened to it with a stethoscope and he thought it was coming from the left side of the motor & it seems to resonate all the way down the truck.

Note: the high pitched constant noise is the electric water pump we have installed, no concern there

Have you checked the torque convertor bolts?

That almost sounds like something is loose, like a Motor Mount, and the whole thing is shaking with Motor Running.

It's got a good beat. Check for a donut gasket leak somewhere along the exhaust path and even at the manifold. It almost sounds like a big pressure cooker.
