Noise from underneath

I have a thump, clunk, rattle from under truck from even the slightest road bump. Walking up from behind one day,
I saw an exhaust tip looked off. I nudged it with my toe, and it was flopping around. Drivers side broken off at muffler,
pass side 90% broken off. Replaced both tail and muffler. Hangers for muffler replaced and all others good. I thought cool, got this. Next drive noise still there no change.
It has been on a lift, stands several times. I cannot find anything loose or flopping.The entire rear suspension has been replaced, except springs.
That's where my thread on replacing shocks came from. After suspension the noise seems to be a little louder.
Maybe slightly stiffer has amplified noise? Cab mounts solid. There is a rubber or plastic strip between cab and bed,
doesn't look to be enough to make any noise.
Heat shield over muffler tight, also blankets under cab.
I can take pics if needed. Listen to video, site won't take MP4's so trying youtube.

Check the brake rotor dust shields. Sometimes they rot away enough and start to rattle.

Sounds more like an interior noise in the video. Try taping/attaching your phone to the underside of the truck,and see if you can isolate the noise.That looks like a seldom used private driveway/road so you should be able to mess around with attaching your phone to the underside and then going slow,or you can buy a set of chassis mikes to pick up the noise

Have you checked to see if your spare is loose? That's what it sounds like to me. Sometimes even airing up the spare makes a difference

Yes forgot to mention spare will not move, and also hitch draw bar, is a QuietRide through bolt, solid. Keep coming I hope someone goes "Oh I know that, been there"
