Truck won't start. Just clicks.
Got power to dash and lock, goes thru warm up sequence then just clicks and won't turn over.
Hooked my jeep and a jump pack up to the battery cables without the batteries and d idnt make a difference.
Couple times before it had to be jumped to start but now that won't even do it.

This Truck has been a ************* since day one. Before the first 20,000 miles it was back to the dealer 5 times and the issues still aren't resolved. Truck now has 32,000 miles on it.

Any ideas? Gonna test he batteries tomorrow. Might be a dead cell because the dealership ran them completely dead one time...

My 2016 would not start this past Sunday, the temp was 18 degrees. All my lights etc worked, as you emtioned. Mine turned out to be a bad battery.

Have the batteries ever been replaced? I would start there. Have seen a number of 2016's with defective batteries. Could have been your problem from the beginning.

Charging a bad battery won't improve the chances of starting the truck.

Check your primary power and ground connections as well.

Can I just take both batteries out to test or do I need to leave power hooked up somehow?

Both batteries were junk. One had 2 cold cranking amps. Two! The other had 500 of 800. They were both dated 2013. So they were already almost out of date....3 year old batteries in a new truck.

Had it towed to the dealer for warranty replacement.
That was a hassle. They lost my truck on the flat bed for 2 hours. Had idea where it was. And I was on the phone with thrm the the whole time. Frustrating

IMO someone changed the batteries in your truck. There are strict protocol monitoring age and battery charge among other battery quality checks leaving the factories. They are also scanned at point of install.

Yeah something is not right there. They would not have put 2013 batteries in the truck at the factory. They wouldn't have even been in the pile. If that happened at the factory I would be pretty shocked.

This is the only pic I took of the battery. Only writing on the whole thing too. No brand or anything on it 540ec9442f3892260fb78714bbe2a535.jpg
