My 2014 Big Horn came with the Big Horn 22A Sport Appearance package, which includes body colored grill shell, body colored bumpers, body colored door handles, black badging, etc...It also had the 22G Big Horn package so I had the full center console, diesel gray cloth seats, power tilt/pan/fold mirrors, etc... The black headlights with the projectors, LED turn signals and black buckets were part of the "Black Appearance Package" which I believe is now part of the 2FH package. It was just listed separately in 2014.
My 2017 2500 Laramie also came with the 2FH Sport appearance which includes all those items listed above. This truck is a bit different inside as it is the 2TH 2500 Laramie:
My 2007 SLT MegaCan had none of those features so I added then with a body colored grill, door handles, LED tails, Retroshop modded headlights, chrome delete, debadging, etc...I never did get around to swapping out or painting the bumpers.

You can find ready to paint grills for your truck online, which would work well if you wanted to go monochrome on the color scheme. Fitting sport bumpers front and rear would not be difficult but it could prove to be more expensive than prepping and painting your current ones.

I have a 2017 Big Horn. Got everything i wanted in the truck. Got the color i wanted. The only package i wasn’t able to get was the black out. I blacked out the windows, smoked the tail lights and third brake light and did an LED conversion in the headlight and fog lights. I was thinking of doing all the blackout work myself, which really isn’t a big deal. The truck has 20 inch clad covers which i wasn’t happy with but it seems like that’s the new thing now with Ram. I personally haven’t seen any Maximum Steel Matallic Big Horns with black grills or rims. I’d also have to do the door handles. Has anyone done this to their truck or seen one? Anyone have any pics? Suggestions and ideas are appreciated.
