I am deployed right now but I was thinking of doing some mods to my 2015 Sport when I get back but I have been reading that they may put the 707 hp hellcat in the 1500/2500.

If it comes in quad cab I am in! Anyone else?

Cheers!

I've never seen anything indicating it was happening outside of the usual click-bait sites.

They must in order to compete. Im not brand loyal, but the shelby f150 is a beast compared to anything Ram currently has in terms of performance.

The competition:

No way I would pay that. If someone has that kind of money just buy a cheaper truck and make it have whatever horse power you want it have

If someone had that kind of money, they would buy it for its limited production number.

Have you priced a Grand Cherokee SRT8 ?? It's no hellcat, but it is still 68 grand to start.......so with the hellcat engine, add another 25 large to it.....

Ram's will be the same way.....................

the Hellcat should only come with the R/T package, anything else and its just is not right.

I doubt it... I'd be happy to see a SRT8 powered model, especially if they offered a crew cab version!!

Hell a 6.4 in a reg cab express package truck would be nice. Then have a Hellcat package reg cab RT. That way you have an affordable sport truck package & a higherend sport truck package.

i would say dream on , no way they'd build that. but dodge is bat **** crazy sometimes. SRT10 truck ! they have announced the srt8 jeep will get 707HP. but i really don't see it for a truck. look how many Hellkittys have been crashed. 707hp and 3lbs over the rear wheels recipe for disaster with common consumer.

2017 is getting the Trailhawk aka hellcat vs of the the SRT-8 Grand cherokee
Car and Driver

Still No ram will get a hellcat till they have a few year successful run under the SRT line. Being that SRT is a performance line within the FCA house they would need to bring the ram back into the fold to go there. I think they base the SRT-10 as a baseline for not doing this (yet) and makes them hesitant to bring out a srt-8 Ram... which I think they are stupid not but since when has FCA been know for making good savvy business decisions.
