2018 2500 Laramie - Lift Required?

I have a 2018 2500 Laramie Megacab, 4x4, 6.4 HEMI with 285/60/20 tires and I would like to add some width to the tires without adding a lift kit, if possible. I plan on buying new wheels as well to more personalize my truck. Does anyone know if I could move to a LT325/60R/20? I assume buying a new 9 or 10 inch diameter wheel would work? Any offset advice as well? Thanks.

You can put a 35" on it without lift or level. Rubbing depends on the +/- offset of the wheels.
I have 35-12.5/20 on my 2500 4x4 with a -18 offset. There was a slight rub on the fender line at full lock backing up.
So a 35 with a 0 offset would not rub and fill out the wheel opening nicely.

Do you think you could tuck back the inner fender plastic with a tie wrap and a heat gun to prevent that? I had similar issue my on previous 2013 2500 and that resolved the issue. I did have to add a 2 inch leveling kit to the front to make the 35s fit okay.

I was also thinking of adding Bushwacker Pocket Painted Fender Flares to reduce the dirt up the side of my truck.

And two more questions, if I may.

Does the offset push the tire further in or out?

Will a 9 or 10 inch diameter wheel change what you said above?

Just got back from an Off Road shop 75 miles away. McBroom was right on the tire size.

I just ordered Moto Metal MO962 wheels, 20x9 and Cooper AT3 tires, 35x12.50x20, a 2.5 inch level kit, alignment and they are going to move the TPM sensors, $3414. 4-5 hours to install next Friday. I'll send pictures when they are installed.

I'll add Bushwackers if the tires stick out to far. Shop guy thinks I may be okay.

Well, here are the pictures.

The tires are real close to the body at a full turn in either direction but, no rubbing at this time. I tried forward and reverse.

Since the tires stick out a little further than I was expecting, I'll go ahead and add a set of color matched Bushwackers to reduce the dirt and rocks up the side of the truck.

At 73MPH on the odometer, my cell GPS says I am doing 75MPH so, I am not going to worry about changing the odometer.

HOWEVER, the freaking tire pressure indicator is coming on due to the truck expecting 80lbs of tire pressure in the rear. Does anyone know how I can change the truck setting to say 65lbs for instance?

get the alpha obd app and the mx link as well as the bypass adapter since your truck is an 18 +. You can lower the threshold on your tire pressure sensors along with a bunch of other stuff. You can program your own remotes etc. Check out the thread on this site for it. ALPHAOBD. I just did it. I'm a happy camper.
