2018 ram 1500 express key fob issues

Hello everyone. I have 2018 express and both key fobs will not unlock/lock my doors. They will start the truck. Batteries are good and i did try disconnecting the battery which helped for one trip to the store. Looking for advice on what to try next?

So a small update. The fob will work when I'm basically in the truck, but as soon as I close the door and back away they no longer work. Seems like a distance thing. Any thoughts?

Interested to know if these are original OEM keyfobs that came with your truck or something you added and programmed?

also, what type of FOB do you have

Do you insert it in the ignition ? Passive type
or does it remain in your pocket ? Proximity type
