2018 RAM 8.4 radio problem

Hi Guys,

new to the forum, 8.4 screen radio flipped out today. It just cycles through the presets on satellite and "regular" radio. There's some screen delamination at the top of the screen, but it's been like that for awhile now. IS there a fix for this or should I just go with an aftermarket replacement?

The delamination is a known issue and it causes “ghost” touches to the screen. Send a DM to RamCares here on the forum to open a case for you. Uconnect replaced the unit in my 2018 at no cost after opening a case, and subsequently a case with Uconnect.

To pile on, the DIY fix is screen replacement with part revision SL03. As suggested previously, I would start with @RamCares
