2018 ram tradesman help with alpha obd and activation of fog lamps.

I have an 18 ram 2500 tradesman that I have put all the factory parts required to have fog lamps, but I cqnt find the thread that shows how ro turn them on with alpha obd. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
