Man... all I need are the 1848.34 update files to see if I can get CarPlay working on my 2019 BH again. RamCares is zero help and my local dealer said they won't perform software updates anymore due to bricking the last 2 radios they attempted an update on. My radio is essentially dead to me anyway...why they won't just give me the update file is so frustrating.
