Uconnect software update issue

Hello All,

I just updated Uconnect (OTA) to FCA-MY24.U37.23-PROD and now my console will freeze and reset at least once a day. Sometimes after I select reverse, it will lockup the backup camera and a loud hum will come out of the speakers for a minute or two and then reset. Anyone else seeing this issue?

Those who write the uconnect software are idiots. In my 2024 1500 the radio presets used to work correctly, but after an update only 2 of 5 preset buttons work. I've told ramcares, but they truly don't care.

So what are we going to do about these problems? Wait and pray!

For $hits and giggles, disconnect the trucks battery for about 15 minutes. That will give the systems a reset
