2019 Ram 2500 Tradesman to limited interior swap

I have a 2019 Ram 2500 Tradesman I recently bought the whole limited interior from a 2024 Ram 2500 I have installed the front dash and had to get the dealership to program key so I could start it when I went to start it the cluster was throwing every code it could when I started it and tried to put it in reverse it didn’t move just made a lot of clicking noise so I couldn’t get it to move just wondering if anyone has done anything like this and would know what to do I’ve considered using the old harness for the whole front dash and putting the old cluster back in but I’d like to be able to use the new cluster if possible.

my guess is the truck still thinks you only have all the old options

find someone with alfaOBD (its a program on your phone that allows you to make changes to the trucks computer) and have them change the trim level from tradesman to whatever the dash came out of and see what that does
