2021 rear bench seat compatability in 2014

I have a 2014 Ram 1500 with the one piece rear bench seat (cloth). Recently I found a leather rear bench seat, also one piece, from a 2021 (Gen 5) Ram. My question is whether this would be compatible with my 2014,where I can remove the old seat and install the leather seat from the 2021. Has anyone here ever tried it?

measure the 2 seats. If they are the same size it should fit. As the interior of the 5th gen may have changed from the 4tn gen , make sure the seats have the same design and shape where they meet at the panels in your truck. Then check the seat mounting bracket holes, if the pattern matches I believe you should be good to go. Also make sure to upper part of the seats holding clips match as well. If all of that is a go you should be in good shape.

5th gens have 4" more leg room in a crew cab so it may be a bigger bench as well.
