2022 2500 6.4L hemi starter

Starter went this week. Picked up a reman one today and it makes a grinding noise for about a second and then quits as soon as it starts. Might last a second. Please help

I would exchange it.

I had good luck with NAPA starters.

At least you got 8 years out of your old one. Mine went out a few months ago...not even two full years.
