Have you made any changes to system via AlphaOBD or upgrades like new mirrors or taillights? Assume they were working correctly at first, did anything happen just before they went out or did you do anything like heavily washing the underbody or elsewhere with a high powered pressure washer? Did they check all fuses, make sure they are seated properly? Has wiring been checked for proper connection? Those are areas I would start at. Since they should have already run for codes my cheap next act would be to disconnect the battery, let it discharge and clear everything, and reconnect and run a couple of cycles (start, drive 20 or so minutes, shut down, repeat 2-3 times) especially if heavy water was encountered. If nothing out of ordinary in use and they can't diagnose then they may need to start throwing parts at it. Could be a bad sensor or module. Try connecting with @RamCares as well.

Good luck.

Here is a video to provide some help on how it works. https://youtu.be/_9KIn9uZqXE?si=tiNC2wC8BhBt86I5

My new Longhorn Limited 1500 just threw a check engine light and the 14 inch screen went blank.
Nothing unusual just before that happened.
Filled up with 93 octane the day before.
Having a camper shell installed and the rear view camera will need relocation. The rear parking sensor is out as the Leer camper folks need to figure out the right wiring harness.
I’ll be taking it to the dealer tomorrow to see what they say.
I’ll update as I learn more.

There is at least two fixes to the computer to fix that. If it is the misfire codes and what ever else the other four or five codes are? But nothing is really going on, there is a glitch in the system. Hope it is nothing major, hope they can flash in the fix and give you your truck back. All the best!:)

That is a good dealer!!!!! :)
There are a few decent dealerships. WONDER what RAM gonna do with all the I6's if indeed they push the Hemi's or another Magnum V8 out into the 1500's for 2026?

I do not think that is going to happen but we shall see what the future brings? From what I have read the I6 will be going in a few vehicles coming around the corner. This to we shall see what the future brings? This motor is supposed to be the motor of the future. It should get the Mopar/Hemi fan club all mixed up????? WHAT! HA!:)

The 5.7 hemi is not without issues either camshaft/lifter/exhaust manifold/e-torque.
The issues mentioned above seem to be software/electrical related not engine.

Brand new 25 Ram 1500 BigHorn SST, off the lot on 2/14 and drove approximately 35 miles home. Got home with 44 miles on the odometer. I went into the house and had dinner and came back out to play around with the radio settings and such, NOPE! The truck would not start, recognize the key, no lights or anything. The next day, called the dealer and they sent a guy out with 2 jump packs to start the car. Nothing worked and towed it back to the dealer. This 60k truck made it 35 miles before crapping out. Dealer had it until Monday 2/17 and said it was the batteries and they were replaced. Drove it a couple of days and today (2/20) it is back at the dealership, CEL is on the dash and when the service guys looked at it the same issues that happened before started again. (no key recognized, wouldn't start, went into power save mode). This thing has under 400 miles and as been to the dealer TWICE in the span of ONE WEEK. This is my third ram, 2013 and a 2018, both ran great and traded them in with over 150K miles on them. No problems until the mileage got high but that is expected. Not this one..
