Would like to order a 3500 Heavy Duty with the 2.4 kilowatt on-board power inverter that can power tools and other devices. The inverter has two covered outlets in the truck bed.

When will it be available?

Contact your local dealer. They would have the skinny on that better than anyone here.

Hoping to find someone in the know. Local dealers didn't even know it was an option:sad72:

According to this Stellantis Canada article the threat is, available in Canadastan during Q1 of 2025.

That usually translates to it was released in the USA last year.

"The new 2025 Ram 2500 and 3500 Heavy Duty is scheduled to arrive in Canadian dealerships this quarter (Q1 2025)."

I am with the dealers, don't have a clue, bet a small generator would be cheaper.
Fellow across the street has a new F150, it has inverter and 2 plugs in the box, 400 watts.
should run my toothbrush or a small drill I guess.
