Having an issue with the front corner of the flares not quite fitting properly. The bolts and hardware all match up but the front corner where the tape meets the plastic part of the bumper is raised causing the tape to let go. Any tips or tricks to fix this? Picture of my truck for bumper reference.

What brand of flares are they? I have bushwhacker on my 1500... They weren't easy to put on but not hard either.

Maybe post a closer pic of your problem.

Yeah I may go the rtv route and just seal the tape edge gaps on all of hyphen.

That’s not bad at all, mine were damn near 1/4” and needed a little heat persuasion.

I'm not much help... My bushwhacker Fender flares came with a weather strip. Can't see it in the pic...1/8" inch black strip... Had to use plastic tool to pull out.

Yeah these are OEM 2500 flares. They only use double sided tape to hold them along that edge.
