does anyone know off the top of their head if a set of 2500 rear leafs will fit on a 1500... been towing a trailer for my side job and sick of the truck sinking 2" and making my truck look goofy as **** with the leveling kit

you could get an add a leaf, or air bags. I think if they did fit it would make the ride horrible when there is no load in the back.

not gonna work at all. not without serious fabrication. and even then, you still wouldnt have a true 3/4 ton capacity. more than springs go into HD trucks. what you want/need is a set of air helper bags

I don't think he is trying to up his towing capacity per say..sounds like he just wants to eliminate the rear squat which helper air bags would accomplish

ya more just want to stop the sagging... if those are my choices then would rather have the bags than the add a leaf

You thought about a set of the load adjusting shocks? They maintain factory ride height for up to 1200lbs

I've been thinking about them too lol. I know Tony's truck is leveled and he added a set of them on the rear and took care of the slight rake to the rear
