Hi Everyone, I purchased my first RAM over the summer, its a 21 Big Horn new style quad cab with the 5.7. It is a night edition and has the 275/55R20 OWL All–Season Tires. I'm trying to decide if I should get tires that are more suited to off-road or for snow before winter really gets going. Has anyone used the night edition Bridgestone Dueler OWL all season tires on snow? If so, can you describe how well they perform on snow? I live in New England where we get on average about 4' of snow each year. thanks for any info! Ed

I used to Duelers that came on my 2019 night edition for a little while in the winter here in SW Ohio. I didnt much care for them, they did "alright" but I was always a little afraid going into turns on snow and ice with them so I switched out for a more aggressive treaded tire with a set of Faulken Wildpeak AT3W they seem to work very well. I mean at the end of the day you still need to drive sensibly but I've not had any issue with the levels of snow we get here in SW Ohio.

I suggest the Cooper Discoverer AT3 4S, a great all terrain tire that is very reasonably priced...compared to many. I love the look, the smoothness they provide on the hwy and you have the option of OWL or black wall. I have had these before and went back to them because of the reliability and great wear. They not only look good on the truck, but perform excellent too.

Conclusion Quote : Falken Wildpeak AT3W vs Cooper AT3, you can find that Cooper AT3 is greater in the snow than Falken Wildpeak AT3W.

After agonizing over seemingly all the minutia AND, having 4 unrepairable flats with the stockers, I went with 33x12.50R22LT Toyo OC AT3s on my 21 LTD. Fitment is good, minor rub at lock to lock in aero mode which goes away in normal or above (air suspension). As burly as these are mpg is just about the same, maybe -1. These are mud and snow rated with very tough sidewalls and 50k mileage.
