275/60/20 vs. 275/55/20

Can i got from a 275/60/20 tire size to a 275/55/20 without any issues? Looking for a set of takeoffs but there are less and less 60’s out there. I know 55’s will give incorrect speedo reading but are there any mechanical issues that may arise?

You will be fine, very little loss in mpg and will still run okay. Difference in mileage will be negligible, maybe 1 or 2 mph at 60. Approx 33 inches for 60 and 31.9 inches tall for 55 series.
