This is my first post here. I am unsure about this, and just seeking input. I am slowly working on my truck. It is a 2004 Ram 1500 quad cab, with the 5.7 hemi. I've had it for a few years, and it's a good truck. I wanted to turn it into a baja style truck. Yet, I'm hearing all kinds of issues with the suspension. I have a 3 inch leveling kit, and 33 inch tall tires 12.5 inches wide on it. I prefer the wide tires due to living in a very sandy area. I know my truck would have been better at 4wd. Yet, I also know that 2wd can be servicable. Turning it into a sand truck if at all possible. Any suggestions on the next steps would be helpful.
