3500 2012 6.7 won't start after being flashed

Took my 2012 6.7 3500 (45000 miles on it) in to the dealer today. they did an update flash on it and now it won't start. Has anyone else dealt with this? They call it a no start TIA

Not sure about you but in my experience dealerships aren't exactly an open book on what is going on with this kind of stuff. More like pulling teeth to figure out exactly what is going on.
