Can anyone tell me the MPG and Power diference between a 1500 5.7 with Tuner, CAI, Magnaflow Y pipe and flowmaster exhaust with 35s or 37s?

It'll mostly depend on the gear ratio you have

Hurry and post pics. This is the setup I'm debating on. Can't decide if I should add 4" or 6" on top of my 3" body. I dread running 37s on 3.55s.

IMO get 37's and if you don't like the power loss, then regear

It also makes a huge difference if you run a AT or a MT. I assume most people running 37's run a MT, but if you aren't doing off-roading I would run a AT. You will have less noise and better MPG, and a much better all around tire for the paved road, and still yet have decent off road capabilities. Wont do much in mudding, but general trail stuff you will do good in.

Your power upgrades wont matter, you need the power in the tire and for that only gears help.
