4.7 Head bolt torque

I know there are probably a few posts on this topic and I have looked at a couple. I know you torque them to 15 then to 35 then add 90 degrees. Can someone tell me what that 90 degrees actually comes out to? It is really hard to get and exact 90 with the engine in the truck haha.
