4.7L modding input

So I want to do everything I can to help with engine performance on my truck. Do ya'll have any suggestions for modding/improving a 2013 Ram 1500 4.7L?
I've exhausted all the interior mod options so I have to move to something else to keep me occupied haha

There's not much in the way of bolt-ons for the 08 and later 4.7's.Heres a link to my old build thread on my old 13 4.7.All said and done the little truck made 244 hp and just over 250 lb-ft at the tires after dyno tuning on a Mustang dyno,on a DynoJet dyno before dyno tuning it made over 250 rwhp.The Mustang is considered to be a more accurate dyno .Truck was fun,it'd give stock 5/6 speed hemi's a run for their money,and would pass an untuned Hemi easily after a 100 mph
