"4-life premium tint"

The truck I bought came with one of those stickers of obscene charges... One of them was tint. My front two windows in the exact same area are bubbling and stuff.

Will they replace this.

Yes I'm sure they would. 99.9% of all tint jobs that I've had done came with a lifetime warranty. The only thing you got to hope for is that the tinter is still in business since most of those type of business' are kind of a dime a dozen. Contact your original dealer about it.
