I have a 46re I 1997 Ram 1500 5.9 4x4.
I bought a used trans and he said 97.
I looked up serial numbers and it is 2001.
It has a different sensor (4th gen) square black Plastic and a 2 screw filter.
Will this fit as is will these sensors work if I buy new ones or will computer not like it.
Or can I just swap my valve body to this one and all good. My current valve body is good. I could rebuild mine but don’t have another car.
