4th gen 6 inch bds with road armor bumper how big of tires

The bds website recommends 37s but they look small and I think it looks like I could clear 40s. Anyone know?

Road armor is only going to give you more clearance to the front (towards the bumper). Don't forget that you also have sheet metal to the rear. Not to mention the rear tires. If you are going to jack up a truck you should have some usable articulation unless your just looking for a mall crawler.

Yeah my big as 4th gen is a crawler Re you a retard? I actually do have a real rock crawler and this truck is its tow rig. Just want the tires to look right on it as I six the 37s dont. The control arms are what I'm worried about. Who would me a brand new 68 thousand dollar hey as diesel a crawler idiot

I wasn't trying to be derogatory. If you are going to use it as a tow vehicle, I would rethink the lift and especially rethink throwing 40's on there.

I say do it it if you want IMO I think 40s are to big. 37s will look great. 40 you might have to start trimming the body of the truck.
